Introduce A-Charge® at your site

With A-Charge®, you plan for every bay — including AC / Level-2 chargers — not just a few DC spots.
Checkout is one QR (no app). Built as a whole-lot parking OS, not a rapid-only corner. Parking-time billing, load sharing, information security, and horizontal scale on one page.
The same QR checkout covers bays without chargers; optional cameras show vacant/occupied in real time and enable timed parking for all vehicles, including gasoline cars.

Do not judge us by A-Charge port count

Look at I-S3’s electrical construction and monitoring systems—not at how many A-Charge billing sites exist yet. A-Charge is the parking OS built on that work.

Large-scale solar

High-voltage interconnection, self-consumption, repowering, and O&M. Food-plant ~200 kW self-consumption and high-voltage ~500 kW upgrades: live sites, multiple stakeholders, electrical work done safely.

Advanced operations systems

Remote solar monitoring and 30-minute demand sizing, our own RightOS anonymous queue, and an OCPP 1.6 / 2.0.1 central system with load sharing under the site power cap. Not spreadsheets bolted on after the fact.

EV charger installs (AC through DC)

Hundreds of jobs centered on Gunma. Mostly AC (Tesla Wall Connector and similar); over 99.9% of residential jobs finish the same day. Eleven prefectures by our own visits, six in Kansai via partners (17 total). We also design turnkey facility packages that include 50 kW / 120 kW DC.

Billing sites under the A-Charge name are still being added. Installing, isolating, monitoring, and reconnecting electrical plant is I-S3’s core work.

Payments and charge control, designed as one.

Payments, charge control, queueing, power sharing, and monitoring all run as one OS on Google Cloud. Drivers just scan a QR code — everything behind it runs on an industrial-grade system.

  • Queueing is our own RightOS. No membership list — only anonymous digital rights. No personal registration. If you already have a facility app, you can add the queue through a public API.
  • Card numbers never touch our servers. Payments use Stripe Hosted Checkout. We keep PCI card-data environments out of our stack. TLS in transit, HSTS and CSP on responses, keys in Google Secret Manager, owner bank accounts encrypted at rest.
  • The same design scales out horizontally. Each charger’s endpoint is resolved from a ledger — not one forever-growing box. Utilization is watched; adding capacity is alert-driven. Uptime is monitored around the clock.
  • OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 on the same central system, with auto power sharing under the site cap. Vendor-neutral standard protocol. Load sharing is what makes every-bay rollout possible.
  • Driver screens in 20 languages. Optional cameras and image analysis show bay occupancy. Queue rights are evaluated continuously, not only when someone refreshes a page.
How to use A-Charge
  • No dedicated app installation is required.
  • No user account registration or login is required.
  • Scan the on-site QR code to see the bay/site ID and pricing, then proceed directly to payment.
  • As a rule, users do not need to fill in forms for bay, license plate, or usage time.
  • Payments by credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are supported (PayPay coming soon). Bays open for free can be used without any payment.
  • At busy times, an anonymous queue & reservation feature (no personal registration) is available. The user screens support 20 languages.
Fees and charging
  • Fees are based on usage time, not on kWh delivered. Time while charging is billed at the charging rate and other parking time at the parking rate, calculated automatically from actual usage.
  • Hourly rates may vary depending on EV charger availability, charging priority, time of day, and facility rules.
  • Charging volume, full charge, and constant output are not guaranteed. Actual charging varies with the vehicle, equipment, and the facility's power conditions.
  • Charger output is automatically distributed within the facility's power limit, so the total never exceeds the contracted capacity. Time during which charging output is limited to 1.5 kW or less by this power control is billed at the parking rate instead of the charging rate.

Information security and payments
  • Payments are made on an external Stripe Hosted Checkout page.
  • A-Charge never asks for or stores card numbers, CVV, expiry dates, or saved card details. Card data does not pass through our servers.
  • Saved cards and previous payment methods rely on features of the payment provider, wallet, or your browser.
  • Traffic is protected with HTTPS (TLS). We send HSTS and other security headers to browsers. API keys are kept in Google Secret Manager.
  • No user account is required. Queues need no personal registration. Location is used only for arrival checks and is not stored.
