A-Charge®CAMPAIGN
Turning an entire parking lot into one payment OS is an idea that barely exists yet. A-Charge® is not a special EV corner—it is a parking OS that runs every bay, with or without a charger, on the same QR, no app, and time-based parking fees. To prove that operation in the field, we are recruiting the first model sites: up to 2 AC chargers installed free of charge, limited to the first 2 facilities.
Facilities with parking that can host multiple AC chargers, in long-stay businesses (hotels, ryokan, retail, offices). As a model case, facilities willing to let us publish operational results are prioritized.
The full per-charger package (charger hardware, standard installation work, and the initial system setup fee) is free for up to 2 units. There is no cap on the total number of chargers—from the 3rd unit on, add as many as you like under standard terms.
The first two sites are featured as case studies on I-S3's official sites (a-charge.jp, i-s3.com) and YouTube channel, presented as the first facilities in their area to offer this convenience. We also provide photos and copy you can use in your own announcements.

A-Charge itself is a nationwide service. Because this campaign involves charger installation work, we prioritize applications from Kanto and Koshinetsu (centered on Gunma / Takasaki), where our in-house installation coverage is densest—but consultation is available anywhere in Japan.
Paid bays without chargers get QR codes first. They start earning time-based parking fees on the same OS, and chargers can be added flexibly later.
Card and payment fees are paid by I-S3. This campaign does not guarantee feasibility, unit count, cost recovery, or operational results. Terms may be adjusted or declined depending on site survey, power capacity, and facility conditions.
Not a few DC stalls, and not an EV-only corner. Bays with chargers and bays without run on the same single OS. Very few parking lots operate this combination today.
Charging or parking-only, drivers just scan the bay QR—intake through checkout (A-Charge. Just scan.). Fees are time-based, so revenue is easier to plan.
No account, no app for drivers (NO APP.). When it gets busy, anonymous digital tickets handle turns and rights.
Start without installing gates, flap locks, cones, or padlocks (NO LOCKS. NO CONES.). The whole lot becomes billable while physical construction stays light.
"First model site" can sound like being a test bench. In practice, what changes on your side is far narrower than it sounds: starting A-Charge is not a construction project, but a connection that links your chargers to the cloud.
A cloud-side connection setting on a PC that links the chargers to A-Charge — plus QR signs at the bays. That is all.
Because connecting involves no physical construction, going back to your current operation is just as easy if it does not fit.
Being first does not make you a test bench — it makes you the first facility in your area to offer this convenience.
You do not need to buy and wire many chargers at once. We recommend the reverse order.
Overnight hours become AC charging hours. No disruption at check-in—guests just scan the QR.
Charging rides on shopping time. The more one-time visitors, the more a no-registration QR protects conversion.
Working hours become charging hours. Employee EVs and visitors run on the same QR, in one operation.
After installation, the system fee is the standard tiered rate—everything per charger, per month. Low-utilization months stay light on fixed costs.
Outside Japan, the same tiers can be set in local currency near those yen levels—e.g. about US$14 / NT$400 for the flat starting tier (examples; quoted per market). Card fees are paid by I-S3. Setup is ¥100,000 per charger in Japan (AC/DC). Construction quoted separately.
Look at I-S3’s electrical construction and monitoring systems—not at how many A-Charge billing sites exist yet. A-Charge is the parking OS built on that work.
High-voltage interconnection, self-consumption, repowering, and O&M. Food-plant ~200 kW self-consumption and high-voltage ~500 kW upgrades: live sites, multiple stakeholders, electrical work done safely.
Remote solar monitoring and 30-minute demand sizing, our own RightOS anonymous queue, and an OCPP 1.6 / 2.0.1 central system with load sharing under the site power cap. Not spreadsheets bolted on after the fact.
Hundreds of jobs centered on Gunma. Mostly AC (Tesla Wall Connector and similar); over 99.9% of residential jobs finish the same day. Eleven prefectures by our own visits, six in Kansai via partners (17 total). We also design turnkey facility packages that include 50 kW / 120 kW DC.
Billing sites under the A-Charge name are still being added. Installing, isolating, monitoring, and reconnecting electrical plant is I-S3’s core work.
