A-Charge A-Charge®FOR OWNERS

A-Charge® — what matters before the brochure.

A-Charge® is not a “few DC stalls + heavy membership app” network. It is a parking OS built for simple checkout—including ordinary AC chargers—across every bay. Payments, queueing, power sharing, and monitoring are one design on Google Cloud — the opposite of spreadsheets and DIY. Easy to start whether utilization is low today or rising tomorrow.

Do not judge us by A-Charge port count

Look at I-S3’s electrical construction and monitoring systems—not at how many A-Charge billing sites exist yet. A-Charge is the parking OS built on that work.

Large-scale solar

High-voltage interconnection, self-consumption, repowering, and O&M. Food-plant ~200 kW self-consumption and high-voltage ~500 kW upgrades: live sites, multiple stakeholders, electrical work done safely.

Advanced operations systems

Remote solar monitoring and 30-minute demand sizing, our own RightOS anonymous queue, and an OCPP 1.6 / 2.0.1 central system with load sharing under the site power cap. Not spreadsheets bolted on after the fact.

EV charger installs (AC through DC)

Hundreds of jobs centered on Gunma. Mostly AC (Tesla Wall Connector and similar); over 99.9% of residential jobs finish the same day. Eleven prefectures by our own visits, six in Kansai via partners (17 total). We also design turnkey facility packages that include 50 kW / 120 kW DC.

Billing sites under the A-Charge name are still being added. Installing, isolating, monitoring, and reconnecting electrical plant is I-S3’s core work.

NO LOCKS. NO CONES.

No locks. No barriers.

Every bay, time-based fees for any vehicle, anonymous smart queuing—leave cones and padlocks behind.

Especially strong fit for

Hotels & tourism

Guests charge during their stay. No patience for installing an app—QR gets them started in seconds.

Retail & visitor parking

Charge while shopping. High share of one-time visitors means “no registration” protects conversion.

Workplaces & paid lots

Whole-lot by design—so the same QR checkout can extend beyond EVs to general timed parking, with optional cameras for bay occupancy visibility. Parking DX, not a charging corner.

How we differ from typical charging services

Often app- or membership-first

High first-use friction leaves chargers idle.

A-Charge: one QR (AC included)

Not a rapid-only membership app. Ordinary AC chargers too—no install, no account. Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay. UI in 20 languages.

Often a few DC stalls / EV corner only

Most of the lot stays on another system—or stays empty of charging.

A-Charge: every parking space

Same QR intake and checkout for bays with or without chargers—grow as a parking OS.

Often kWh-centric

Tariffs and metering get hard to explain.

A-Charge: parking-time billing

Clearer revenue planning; less tied to electricity price swings.

The technical core

Intake, billing, payments, queueing, power sharing, and monitoring, designed as one system from day one for fleet-scale operation.

When another charging service ends

If another billing app or CSMS becomes unavailable, OCPP 1.6 / 2.0.1 hardware can often reconnect to A-Charge without replacing the chargers (the central system accepts both). After model checks, set the backend URL and resume operations. See the retrofit section on the owners page.

Why the system fee is easy to start with

Everything is per charger, per month. Tiered rates keep low-utilization months from feeling heavy.

Outside Japan, the same tiers can be set in local currency near those yen levels—e.g. about US$14 / NT$400 for the flat starting tier (examples; quoted per market). Card fees are paid by I-S3. Setup is ¥100,000 per charger in Japan (AC/DC). Construction quoted separately.

Grow ports without upsizing your service contract

Set a site power cap and we automatically share load so simultaneous charging stays within contract demand. You don’t have to size ports only by peak kW—multiple chargers can run together while staying inside the limit, making it easier to grow capacity.

Operations stay on the web

Optional path for operators who already have an app

Drivers still need no dedicated app (NO APP.). If you already run a membership, facility, or OEM app, you can add anonymous queue / usage rights via the RightOS public API—keep your front door, add the rights layer. This is not an eMSP roaming replacement, and we do not lead with API-first nationwide rollouts. The core path remains QR intake, time-based parking fees, and OCPP.
