A-Charge A-Charge®CAMPAIGN
For restaurants

Put fast charging where guests already are, during business hours.

Most DC fast chargers today sit at car dealerships — a place drivers feel odd stopping at, and one that's closed outside business hours. A meal's 30-60 minute dwell time fits fast charging well, and a restaurant has people on-site throughout its hours. Billing a single bay on its own works fine here.

First, the premise

This is not an invitation to invest

Installing chargers does not guarantee a profit. A-Charge is the intake system for a facility that has already decided to spend on bays or chargers, so it can run them at low cost. Yield is a number the owner calculates and takes responsibility for. After that decision, we help run the site cheaply.

Want an alternative to the dealership location

A restaurant's lot is open exactly when guests are there — no risk of being closed when someone wants to charge.

Want to bill just the charging bay

DC fast charging works as a single billed bay on its own — unlike AC, there's no risk of drivers simply parking in a free bay instead.

Membership or an app feels like too much

Drivers just scan the QR and pay by card (NO APP.) — nothing changes in how your restaurant runs or how guests arrive.

Campaign summary

Card and payment fees are paid by I-S3. This campaign does not guarantee feasibility, unit count, cost recovery, or operational results. Terms may be adjusted or declined depending on site survey, power capacity, and facility conditions.

Not a charging corner—an upgrade for the whole lot

Not a few DC stalls, and not an EV-only corner. Bays with chargers and bays without run on the same single OS. Very few parking lots operate this combination today.

Every bay, one QR

Charging or parking-only, drivers just scan the bay QR—intake through checkout (A-Charge. Just scan.). You set the parking rate. How many cars come is this site’s guests.

No app, anonymous queuing

No account, no app for drivers (NO APP.). When it gets busy, anonymous digital tickets handle turns and rights.

No gates. No flap locks.

Start without installing gates, flap locks, cones, or padlocks (NO LOCKS. NO CONES.). The whole lot becomes billable while physical construction stays light.

What changes, what doesn't — A-Charge is a connection

"First model site" can sound like being a test bench. In practice, what changes on your side is far narrower than it sounds: starting A-Charge is not a construction project, but a connection that links your chargers to the cloud.

What stays the same

  • Your chargers — existing units or models you plan to buy stay as they are (OCPP-compliant)
  • Day-to-day parking operations and staff workflows
  • The look of your site — no new gates, flaps, or payment kiosks
  • Your power contract — output is auto-allocated within the intake limit

What changes

A cloud-side connection setting on a PC that links the chargers to A-Charge — plus QR signs at the bays. That is all.

Because connecting involves no physical construction, going back to your current operation is just as easy if it does not fit. Chargers installed under this campaign are also removed free of charge, and the site restored to its original condition, if it does not work out.

Costs after the campaign (standard system fee)

After installation, the system fee is the standard tiered rate—everything per charger, per month. Low-utilization months stay light on fixed costs.

Outside Japan, the same tiers can be set in local currency near those yen levels—e.g. about US$14 / NT$400 for the flat starting tier (examples; quoted per market). Card fees are paid by I-S3. Setup is ¥100,000 per charger in Japan (AC/DC). Construction quoted separately.

Do not judge us by A-Charge port count

Look at I-S3’s electrical construction and monitoring systems—not at how many A-Charge billing sites exist yet. A-Charge is the parking OS built on that work.

Large-scale solar

High-voltage interconnection, self-consumption, repowering, and O&M. Food-plant ~200 kW self-consumption and high-voltage ~500 kW upgrades: live sites, multiple stakeholders, electrical work done safely.

Advanced operations systems

Remote solar monitoring and 30-minute demand sizing, our own RightOS anonymous queue, and an OCPP 1.6 / 2.0.1 central system with load sharing under the site power cap. Not spreadsheets bolted on after the fact.

EV charger installs (AC through DC)

Hundreds of jobs centered on Gunma. Mostly AC (Tesla Wall Connector and similar); over 99.9% of residential jobs finish the same day. Eleven prefectures by our own visits, six in Kansai via partners (17 total). We also design turnkey facility packages that include 50 kW / 120 kW DC.

Billing sites under the A-Charge name are still being added. Installing, isolating, monitoring, and reconnecting electrical plant is I-S3’s core work.

Try it on your own phone before signing

Before any contract, you can walk through the actual user screens — from scanning the bay QR up to the payment step — on the demo page. See the no-app, no-registration experience on your own phone first.
